Loving the beach when there's only us on it...

I think its very sad when a grand building such as this falls into disrepair, from this shot you can't see the builders fencing around the bottom and broken glass and that's why I took it.

Old fashioned fairground rides are so beautifully made and decorated, and I just love the 'organ' music that accompanies its movement.

I know it looks a little bleak but the beach is always a favourite place to go.

I haven't been to Great Yarmouth for many years, and I couldn't believe that 'Joyland' complete with Snail Ride is still there!  I can remember it 30 years ago when I holidayed near Yarmouth with my family - and today I rode it with my 5 year old and it was just as much fun!





BeWILDerwood near Wroxham, Norfolk is a magical place to visit as we found out today.  Great fun for children and adults alike!

Was I brave enough to go on this today? Not in a million years, I am a coward when it comes to rides like these, always have been and possibly always will!

Hunstanton holds a very dear place in our hearts, we live quite close and a visit there is always an enjoyable one.

A day in the woods with my daughter and her school friends, lots of fun had by all.

A lovely albeit bracing day at Cromer this weekend... I just love a pier, there's something very nostalgic about their architecture and appearance standing proudly out to sea.

Fund raising bingo at the preschool tonight, eyes were down but no full house, not even a line!  Have a lucky weekend everyone!

It was warm enough (almost) to have an ice cream at the seaside yesterday, the first of many this year -hopefully next time I won't have to wear gloves though!
