So, the Olympics are over, what to do now...?  Smile!  It's still summertime!

Going for gold and being number one has been an inspiration during these Olympics!

I get very patriotic seeing the Union Jack, it's been a good 2 weeks to be British!

All those flags representing the Olympic participating countries, and all those people who've travelled to watch - and I was one of them - still feels amazing. 

There was lots of looking up in the Olympic Park, views not to be missed looking down also.

It was an amazing moment to watch the olympic flame at the opening ceremony on tv, but to see it up close and feel the heat was breathtaking.

After being lucky in the draw to get Olympic tickets over a year ago, today our wait was over. It was amazing, an experience to remember forever.

Packed and ready to go, we're on our way to the Olympics!

Gold, Silver and Bronze - the competitive colours of the Olympics! Well done to Team GB today for their gains in gold!

Friends over for lunch today and we made Olympic flags of the world brownies! A little over the top maybe, but why not?!

Olympic fever has definitely gotten hold in our house! We are all loving the excitement and drama of it all, olympic ring coloured manicure anyone?!

Rather rustic and homemade, our Olympic rings! Looking really forward to settling down tonight and watching the opening ceremony and also actually going to the games - London 2012 next week - here we come - excting times!!!
