Beautiful vintage fabric displayed inside a 1950's caravan we came across on our travels at the weekend.  Reminds me of my grandmother who loved colour and patterns, I definately have that gene!

Pastel shades always inspire me, whether it be interior design or fashion and these are no exception.

A change of season and I feel a change of nail colour impending!

Anyone who knows me will appreciate I have a love of colour. And after what has been too many days of grey skies overhead I thought a posting of brightness was called for!

Looking in shops and magazines this seasons 'on trend' colour definately seems to be coral. Not normally a shade I would go for but it is beautiful none the less.

To finish my 'yellow week' here's one from my photographic alphabet archive. The week has been a success (I think!) and may try it again in the future. Back to normal next week, until then have a good weekend.

I made a discovery today - these are one of the very few yellow items that I have in my wardrobe!

This is more my husband's style of photography, but today I thought I'd give it a go?!

An obvious choice for the yellow theme given the time of year, my daughter's sunflower which she waters every day - whether it needs it or not!

I have several of these around the house at the moment, as we are planning a couple of decorating projects in the autumn. They have inspired me to try something a little different this week, my posts will follow a yellow theme, picked for its bright summery colour - so we'll see how it goes!
