Spending time doing simple things like finding unusual stones on a beach can be very theraputic.

Continuing my interest in doors and doorways, I wonder what's hidden behind this one? It rather puts me in the mind of Alice in Wonderland?!

Doors fascinate me, especially the different styles and decorations of older ones. Maybe its also the wonder of what's behind them...?!

Yesterday I took part in a street sale organised in our area. I made a little pocket money of which some was spent on some vintage Ladybird books found further down the street, I couldn't resist. The illustrations, colours and text are just glorious!
PS I have just realised that Friday's post was my 100th, so today is the start of the next 100!

I have a new found interest in typography and I've started collecting photos of interesting typefaces. My first project is to spell 'Happy Birthday' for my daughters birthday later this month. I think it would be nice to build up an entire alphabet!
