My family and I have had a bumpy year so far which has meant that we haven't all been together for many months until today... We celebrated Easter with an egg hunt for the children, made up for a lost Christmas by having crackers and a festive themed pass the parcel which had been stored and almost forgotten. We had a great day, my family mean alot to me and I thank them all for making it so special.

It seems quite appropriate that my last post here should be about hatching and new life. Since then I have given birth myself to a wonderful little girl! We love and adore her and she makes our family complete.

Spent an enjoyable morning with my daughter as her pre-school held an 'Easter Hatching Workshop', complete with the sweetest day old chicks! I'm not sure who was more excited the children or the adults! Have a good weekend and enjoy the sunshine.

The colours of spring... I just love colour and at this time of year there is so much to enjoy.
